Project Management and Coaching both connect the project manager and their team towards a desired future.  “PMKoach” is a forward-looking program designed to develop Coaching competencies to capacitate Project Managers and related professionals . This program approaches the International Coaching Federation - ICF 11 competencies as the basis to train “Project Management Coaches” as well as soft skills development of PMI – Project Management Institute.
